Zonhoven

The site was founded in 1966 near Zonhoven in Eastern Belgium, bordering Middle Limburg nature park (2,500 hectares).

All in all, the Zonhoven site is an industrial terrain of 75,000 sq. metres; of which 40,000 is covered.

The site together with the Radson NV business was acquired by Rettig in 1990.

It has since become the home of Rettig's 50mm production platform - the basis of both Radson and Finimetal panels.

It is certified by TÜV for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 since 2003.   Today, it is one of Europe's most modern and efficient steel panel factories with Euro 50 million invested over the last 7 years.

Production capacity lies at between 7-10,000 radiators per day.

Panel manufacturing has utilised the 2 on 1 principle since 2001 ( two convector fins for each water channel).   The well acclaimed decorative panels Kos & Faro were launched in 2003 - first in vertical and subsequently in horizontal format.
